Registration requirements.

GMC/GSCC/NMC/HPC/ BPS/ BACP Certificate
A copy of their passport (Colour copy)
British or International Driving License
Completed application form
Completed CRB Form (enhanced)
2 Passport Photographs (signed & verified by a professional third party)
Copy of degree / diploma certificate
Police Check if from overseas if required
Training Certificates i.e Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Moving & Handling, COSSH, RIDDOR etc. Other courses can be provided on clients say so.
VISA/UK entry clearance if required
2 written references verified by Mentis Recruitment.
