The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (EAA Regulations).
As part of our conduct procedure, Mentis Recruitment will provide written terms of business to you upon engagement of our services.
We will observe all aspects of the EAA requirements relating to temporary and locum staff vetting & compliance. We will inform you immediately should we obtain information that staff are unsuitable for a given position at any point in time.
As required by the Regulations, Mentis Recruitment shall request any Health & Safety Risks associated with an assignment that we may be recruiting for. We will then pass that information on to the potential candidates.
