As a regulated REC member, we operate the highest standards of professional recruitment practice. We are fully compliant with all current UK employment legislation, NHS and other professional governing body requirements for Best Practice in the appointment of temporary and permanent staff.

As part of our quality procedure we make sure that we have all the following documentation for all candidates prior to registration:-

  • GMC/GSCC/NMC/HPC/ BPS/ BACP Certificate
  • A copy of their passport (Colour copy)
  • British or International Driving License
  • Completed application form
  • Completed CRB Form (enhanced)
  • 2 Passport Photographs (signed & verified by a professional third party)
  • Copy of degree / diploma certificate
  • Police Check if from overseas if required
  • Training Certificates i.e Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Moving & Handling, COSSH, RIDDOR etc. Other courses can be provided on clients say so.
  • VISA/UK entry clearance if required
  • 2 written references verified by Mentis Recruitment.
